In close cooperation with RWE Power AG as property owner, further industrial sites are being developed in the immediate vicinity to complement the intercommunal industrial and commercial area "Am Grachtweg". The planning area covers an area of approx. 12 ha, which is to be used as an industrial area in the future.
A legally effective development plan does not yet exist. The change of the land use plan is in the process, the preparation of the development plan has already been decided by the planning, environmental and construction committee.
